The Kollel began in Lutsk Shul. It now has numerous branches around the greater Lakewood area as well as in Cleveland.
Kollel Ohr Shmuel held their annual BBQ tonight at the Gellis residence in Toms River, the home of Hayeled Shmuel Gellis A”H in whose memory the kollel founded.
