LNN regrets to inform you of the sudden passing of Lakewood resident Dave Garfield.
He passed away yesterday and he was in his 80’s.
Dave was a beloved and respected member of Lakewood Planning Board for 4 years. He also represented Lakewood on the Ocean County Transportation Advisory Board for the past 8 years.
He formerly served on Lakewood’s Rent Control Board.
Funeral services, with kevurah k’halacha, will be held on Thursday at 10:30am, at the Floral Park Cemetery, located at 104 Deans Rhode Hall Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. Shiva will follow at his home at 41 Rosewood Drive in Lakewood.
Our sympathies are with his wife Rae during this difficult time.
