As previously reported on LNN, Rabbi Eisemann’s attorneys filed a motion for a retrial due to clear and convincing evidence that has surfaced which proves Rabbi Eisemann’s innocence beyond any shadow of doubt.
In response to the motion filed, the court returned the case to the trial Judge Benjamin Bucca to rule on the motion, and the oral arguments were scheduled for August 30th.
LNN has learned that due to a conflict of schedule the oral arguments has been rescheduled to November 16th.
The Tzibbur is asked to please continue to daven, especially over the Yomim Noraim, for Osher ben Chana Frumet.
