I have been a long time customer of Verizon and a happy one for the most part. Recently though they have disappointed me and the entire Lakewood community.
Over the past few weeks me and many other of my colleagues and friends living in Lakewood have experienced total outages of their wireless services for periods of time without any explanation.
First it was once then it was a second time and then at third time but at this point I have already lost count.
Me and my friends have reported the issue several times to Verizon customer service but all they have to say is that everything looks just fine in the area with no further explanation.
Most recently, last night after midnight my phone calls and internet service went down again for a period of time, but this time I will not even attempt to report it.
I am calling on the entire community to leave Verizon because they simply don’t deserve our business. They have been taking advantage of us from much too long and the truth is we don’t need them anymore.
I switched my wife over to AT&T last month and during the outage yesterday I had no choice but to use her phone.
Today I will be switching to AT&T myself and I encourage Lakewood residents who have experienced the same unacceptable service to do the same.
