Last night the DOJ released a statement stating the same as the Jackson Township did in the morning. LNN has been informed though that the settlement is not finalized yet, the DOJ’s news releases says “Justice Department Settles…” So in theory it looks sealed but lawyers like to see signed documents first before affirming and confirming. After the DOJ’s signing everything will become effective once the court / judge signs the consent order.
