Toms River held its annual community Chanukah event on the first night of Chanuka. The event began with a car-menorah parade from Riverwood Park to Toms River Town Hall. This was followed by a menorah lighting at Town Hall, with live music, donuts, prizes for kids, and chocolate coins.
