Gov. Phil Murphy will deliver his fifth State of the State address at 2 p.m. this afternoon. This is the first time in 3 years that the address is being given live.

The last two years it was virtual due to the coronavirus pandemic. It’s no secret that Governor Murphy has been considering a run for President and many expect remarks that will position him for this in today’s speech.
